- Acted as pre-opening Controller for 300 unit Condo Hotel, including developing an Owner Accounting System to properly track and distribute revenue and expenses to individual Condo Unit Owners.
- Provided interim Controller assistance for 5 months to assist in transition from Le Meridien to Starwood Hotels & Resorts management. Uncovered over $250,000 in missed revenue and expense opportunities in the five months at the property, as well as implemented several expense control procedures and pushed perceived revenue limitations.
