* Serving as interim Controller while the property is conducting a search for a permanent Controller.
* Conducting internal audits.
* Special projects including preparing and implementing tighter cash controls, effective food and beverage controls, staffing guides, contingency plans, restructuring accounting department from decentralized to centralized to reduce costs.
* Serving as interim Corporate Controller, including managing the year end audit process, annual operating and capital budget, monthly financial reporting and financial statement reviews, and preparing pro forma P&Ls for potential acquisitions.

VP Corp. Controller Stanford Hotels – San Francisco, 11/05 to 9/10

* Served as CFO and Chief Administrative Officer.  Recreated the hotel financial management function, benefits administration, information technology and purchasing divisions, and achieved record profitability levels. Assisted the owners' with the due diligence process resulting in the $330m sale of the hotel in 1997.
