This Hotel Critical Path is a checklist designed to assist a hotel accounting operation staff with steps to take to ensure that the accounting systems, licenses, permits, equipment, procedures, and other critical parts are in place when acquiring or opening a hotel. This checklist is time-tested, with the main function of making sure that nothing is forgotten when acquiring or opening a hotel, from the perspective of the accounting function.
