From John, one of our CPA customers wrote this in an e-mail:
I like the Excel download format. I like the idea I can now modify the questionnaire by adding or deleting internal control questions or inserting or deleting tabs. I like the way in which you have organized the control questions and provided a control point or reason and a reference to the relative policy in the SOP manual . The internal control questions are relevant and easy to understand and implement. I will definitely be using the questionnaire to help me develop management letter comments for our clients.
